终末期肾病患者认知功能损伤相关因素研究进展Related factors for cognitive impairment in patients with end-stage renal disease

摘要(Abstract):
认知功能损伤指各种因素造成的知觉、注意、言语、记忆及思维等高级皮层功能受损。终末期肾病患者普遍存在认知功能损伤,与大脑结构改变、尿毒症毒素、透析方式等因素有关。本文就终末期肾病患者认知功能损伤相关因素的研究进展作一综述。
Cognitive impairment refers to the damages of perception,attention,speech,memory,thought and other high-level cortical functions caused by various factors.Cognitive impairment is commonly found in the patients with end-stage renal disease,which is associated with changes in brain structure,uremic toxins,dialysis,and other factors.This paper reviews the research progress of the related factors for cognitive impairment in end-stage renal disease patients.
