摘要(Abstract)：

目的探讨外用曲伏前列素联合308nm准分子激光治疗头面部稳定期节段型白癜风的临床效果。方法稳定期节段型白癜风患者41例随机分为观察组21例和对照组20例,观察组采用曲伏前列素滴眼液外用,1次/d,联合308nm准分子激光,1~2次/周;对照组采用单纯308nm准分子激光治疗,1~2次/周;每周评价疗效,以累计照射24次或曲伏前列素滴眼液外用4个月为观察终点,比较2组治疗显效率、有效率、起效时间及不良反应情况。结果观察组治疗显效率(61.90%)高于对照组(30.00%)(P<0.05),有效率(95.23%)与对照组(90.00%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组起效时间[(6.05±1.15)周]早于对照组[(6.95±1.40)周](P<0.05);观察组2例治疗部位轻微潮红及灼热感,2例非治疗部位出现淡灰色色素沉着。结论外用曲伏前列素联合308nm准分子激光治疗头面部稳定期节段型白癜风疗效良好,起效时间较单用308nm准分子激光治疗缩短,短期不良反应较少。
Objective To observe the effect of topical travoprost combined with 308 nm excimer laser on stable segmental vitiligo on the head and face.Methods Forty-one patients with stable segmental vitiligo were divided into observation group(n=21)and control group(n=20).Observation group was treated with topical travoprost once daily for 4 months,combined with 308 nm excimer laser once or twice weekly for 24 times.Control group was treated with 308 nm excimer laser once or twice weekly for 24 times.The markedly effective rate,effective rate,effect onset time and adverse reaction were compared between two groups.Results The markedly effective rate was significantly higher in observation group(61.90%)than that in control group(30.00%)(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the effective rate between two groups(95.23%vs 90.00%)(P>0.05).The effect onset time was significantly shorter in observation group((6.05±1.15)weeks)than that in control group((6.95±1.40)weeks)(P<0.05).The adverse reactions included cutaneous flush and burning sensation in 2 patients and perilesional hyperpigmentation in 2 in observation group.Conclusion Topical travoprost combined with 308 nm excimer laser on stable segmental vitiligo on the head and face achieves a satisfactory effect,the effect onset time is shorter,and short-term adverse reactions are rare.
